H was told he couldn't watch tv. When I came back, not only was he watching tv, he had gone into the garage and got his folding chair to sit right up close to it. You see, he had the volume down and wouldn't be able to hear it unless he was sitting where he was. Oooh, sneaky kid! After i took this picture, he promptly got a time out. Soryy, rules are rules.
