Craig came back to town and we all headed up to Greeley to visit Grandma Lou. We hadn't seen her since she moved to Colorado to an assisted living center. We had planned on visiting with her earlier in the week but she had come down with a nasty bout of Strep Throat and she didn't want to get the kids sick. It was a great visit and despite her recent illness, she seemed great. She's got a great little studio room in the Rosewood section of the retirement center. In her section of the building, there are only 12 units so she's come to know her neighbors quite well...which is surprising because we all know Gma Lou's not much of a talker, just kidding!

The retirement community seemed like a great place to be with lots of stuff going on all of the time. Craig even remarked that he wanted to go live there now-except for the fact that it was literally 95 degrees everywhere! The best part-Gma Lou is happy!
